The rail anchor is used to clamp the bottom of the track to the sleepers on both sides. It is made of spring steel, a one-piece structure, and is designed to eliminate track sliding, expansion or contraction.
The rail anchor is made of spring steel, a one-piece structure, and is designed to firmly fix the rail to the bottom of the track to prevent longitudinal movement of the track.
Rail anchors come in a variety of shapes, such as modified, V-shaped or grooved, and are processed by rolling, forging or casting. The latter two types are usually produced by casting because of their complex bends.
We produce different types of rail anchors to suit different track sections, including 85LB, 90LB, 115RE, 132REm UIC54, UIC60, 50kg, etc.

Track anchors are mounted directly to the track base, against the sleepers, and are used to secure the track to the baseplate and sleepers. They are designed as a one-piece structure to prevent longitudinal movement of the track, i.e. track "creep" caused by temperature changes, slope, traffic patterns and train braking action.
Track anchors secure the track
It provides a large bearing surface for the track base and sleepers, preventing cutting and wear, thereby extending the service life of the sleepers. Track anchors are manufactured according to specific track weights and base widths and can be divided into two types: driven track anchors and spring-loaded track anchors.
