Scope of application
(1): WJK-C1 rail clamp is mainly used for fixing crane rails with horizontal guide wheels on crane beams and fixing large-tonnage soft-hook crane rails.
(2): Crane rail model QU120, WJK-C1 is used for 350-600 tons soft-hook crane rails, and 600 tons-1000 tons soft-hook crane rails. Applicable rail models: QU70, QU80, QU100, QU120.

(1): Easy to install, adjust and replace rails;
(2): No need to drill holes in the steel plate under the rails, directly weld on the steel plate;
(3): All are connected by double bolts;
(4): Bolt tightening torque 176N.m;
(5): Maximum lateral force 135KN;
(6): Symmetrical welding, reverse welding, skip welding and other measures can be taken to reduce weld stress.
