2. The base plate and the upper buckle plate are connected by a ball joint. Therefore, under the action of lateral force, deflection is allowed. It can reduce the harm of the lateral impact of the crane to the track, crane beam and braking system and other structures.
3. The base plate is welded to the bottom edge of the track about 1m/m, which plays a good role in limiting the left and right displacement of the track.
4. Special bolts make the force more reasonable and make the upper cover plate free to disassemble and assemble, providing extremely convenient conditions for construction, installation and maintenance.

Installation requirements
(1): Before installation, the track should be straightened according to the design requirements.
(2): Positioning the base plate. Arrange the base with a spacing of 500mm along the direction of the crane track, and position the center of the bolt in the vertical direction at the track center value (table). Or position the front edge of the base plate 1m/m away from the bottom edge of the track.
(3): Weld the base plate. 6mm fillet welds on both sides.
(4): Assemble the fasteners in the following order:
Bolt in place - upper cover - flat washer - spring washer - nut - tighten.
