The 8119/15/40 rail clamp overcomes the looseness of the clamp, reduces wheel pressure and wheel locking in the traditional hard rail fixing system, and reduces noise. The rail clamp has a self-locking function. It can reliably withstand the lateral force transmitted by the crane wheel.
The 8119/15/40 rail clamp can reliably withstand the lateral force generated during the operation of the crane. The fixing is narrow and flat, which can provide the most favorable installation size and can be used for various cranes with or without guide wheels. It is automatically locked through the wedge structure and the tilting of the upper and lower surfaces of the mutually meshing clamp. The prestressing of the base of the rail clamp and the permanent contact between the track and the base are guaranteed.
When the 8119/15/40 rail clamp is used, an elastic composite rubber pad is set between the track and the crane beam, which not only increases the friction between them, making the rail difficult to move, but also eliminates or reduces the uneven gap between the track and the crane beam along the entire length of the track. Thus, the stress condition of the pressure plate bolt is improved.
The 8119/15/40 rail clamp is fastened to the crane beam, will not loosen, and is not easy to wear the crane beam. The symmetrically arranged pressure plates form a wedge-shaped structure on the cross section, thereby limiting the left and right displacement of the track.
The circular long hole designed on the main body of the 8119/15/40 track pressure plate allows the pressure plate to be adjusted; the sloped hole cooperates with the stop bevel, and after tightening, it can effectively prevent the pressure plate from moving. It also provides convenience for the lateral adjustment of the crane track installation or maintenance.
