Our cold-rolled coil products feature exceptional dimensional accuracy with uniform thickness, typically maintaining thickness variations within 0.01-0.03 mm or less to meet stringent high-precision tolerance requirements. The cold-rolling process enables production of ultra-thin strips down to 0.001 mm thickness, unachievable through hot rolling methods.

Surface Treatment Options

Bright Annealed: Processed in an inert gas (nitrogen) atmosphere to maintain the original cold-rolled surface appearance. Ideal for applications requiring subsequent surface treatments like tin plating, offering both functional and aesthetic benefits.

Black Annealed: Directly heated in air, resulting in a darkened surface. This treatment enhances material softness, making it particularly suitable for deep drawing, stamping, and other intensive forming processes.
