Manufacturing Process

Our cold rolled steel coils are manufactured using hot-rolled steel coils as raw materials. The process involves pickling to remove scale, followed by cold rolling to produce hard rolled coils. This cold deformation process increases strength, hardness, and toughness while reducing plastic index, making them suitable for parts with simple deformation requirements.
