Cold Rolled Carbon Steel Strips Coil

Carbon steel coil is rolled steel manufactured through hot rolling or cold rolling processes, widely utilized in construction, machinery manufacturing, automotive, and various industrial applications.

Material Composition & Properties

Our carbon steel coils are produced from carbon steel (carbon content 0.0218%~2.11%) with controlled amounts of silicon, manganese, sulfur, and phosphorus. Performance characteristics vary by carbon content:

Low Carbon Steel (C≤0.25%): Excellent plasticity ideal for cold processing applications
Medium Carbon Steel (0.25%<C≤0.6%): Balanced strength suitable for mechanical components
High Carbon Steel (C>0.6%): Superior hardness perfect for tools and springs

Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Coil

Manufactured through high-temperature rolling processes, hot-rolled coils feature surface oxide scale and are typically available in larger thicknesses. Ideal for applications with less stringent surface requirements such as building structures.
