Production Overview

Manufacturing Process

Using cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel strip as the substrate, the material is immersed in 450-460ºC molten zinc liquid. This creates an iron-zinc reaction that forms a durable alloy layer, which is then covered with a pure zinc layer. The process concludes with controlled cooling and post-processing treatments such as passivation and oiling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
