Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is manufactured by processing Full Hard sheet through acid washing and rolling procedures before immersion in a zinc pot, creating a protective zinc film on the surface. This process delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, superior paint adhesion, and excellent workability due to zinc's inherent properties. The manufacturing processes and specifications for hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets and coils are fundamentally identical.
