Advantages of Hot Dip Galvanized Steel
  • The entire steel surface is protected by a zinc coating layer. The zinc layer consumes very slowly in the atmosphere, approximately 1/17 to 1/18 of the corrosion rate of steel, providing exceptional corrosion resistance.
  • The high hardness of the galvanized layer resists impact and wear. Even if the zinc layer becomes damaged, the surrounding zinc acts as a sacrificial anode to protect the steel from erosion.
