Our continuous galvanizing production line specializes in annealing and galvanizing steel strips with advanced capabilities including annealing thinning, galvanizing, tension adjustment, and surface treatment. The production specifications cover thicknesses from 0.1 to 3.0 millimeters and widths from 750 to 1250 millimeters.

Product Overview

Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is manufactured by immersing thin steel sheets in a molten zinc bath, creating a protective zinc layer on the surface. Using continuous galvanizing technology, rolled steel sheets are processed through molten zinc to produce high-quality galvanized steel sheets.

Galvanized corrugated sheets are fabricated from galvanized sheets using roll pressing and cold bending techniques to create various wave patterns. These sheets are extensively used in industrial and civil construction for roofing, wall surfaces, and interior/exterior decoration applications.
