Our certified stainless steel bar gratings are manufactured using world-class equipment that arranges bearing bars and cross bars in precise longitude and latitude patterns. The cross bars are pressed into bearing bars using high-tension resistance welding controlled by computer systems, ensuring firm welds, smooth surfaces, and exceptional strength.

Surface Treatment Options
95% of customers choose hot-dipped galvanized treatment due to its superior anti-acid and alkali corrosion capacity ranging from PH6 to PH12.5. This process forms a stable protective film on the zinc surface, providing excellent anti-corrosive properties.

Packaging & Loading
Gratings are normally packed in stacked configurations with two pieces of square wood on both upper and bottom sides. Four or six pieces of M10 long bolts penetrate the gratings and screw together, making them suitable for loading and unloading by forklift and crane.
