cortenA is a type of Corten steel. Weathering-resistant steel is mainly used for steel structures that are exposed to the atmosphere for a long time, such as railroads, vehicles, bridges and pylons. It is used in the manufacture of containers, railway vehicles, oil derricks, seaport buildings, oil extraction platforms and chemical and petroleum equipment containing hydrogen sulfide corrosive media such as containers and other structural components.
